Create a wireframe for a press release website

Project Title: Create a wireframe for a press release website
I am looking for a skilled wireframe and UX designer to create a wireframe for a press release website. The main purpose of the website is to connct between Journalists and PRs.
The PRs will be allowed to create and add Press releases with video.
The Journalists will be allowed to view, filter, watch the press releases and download the ones of interest.
Design and Functionality:
I have a rough idea of the components fields) for each of the main pages of the website.
Homepage - Selection to allow login for Journalist or PR
PR Homepage - List of existing PRs if any.
PR Add a Press Release - Page wher the PR can create the press release including the additin of a short video
Journalist Home page - The Journalist homepage will have all the previous PRs used and also any bookmarked ones
Journalist Pitch Search - Where they can filter and view all the current press releases, view pitch videos for each and some basic info. They would be able to download the pitch directly from here if they wanted to or click on it and go to...
Pitch Page - which would display the pitch in more details.
- I am open to suggestions for design and functionality, as I do not have any existing websites in mind for reference.
- I would like something completely unique and tailored to the needs of the press release website.
I have a more detailed list of fields and suggestions but need to build it much more before i start getting quotes for design and coding.
Important Features:
- User registration and login functionality should be included to allow users to access exclusive content and features.
-Moderation of Journalists and PR's prior to login and ability to send invites directly
-Ability to upload a short video pitch. This could be TikTok r another video platform if possible/suitable. Some experience in this would be great as would need advice
I need someone resourceful with good English for smooth communications and a good history of completed sites. We will check references as we have been burnt before so please only apply if you fully understand and able to complete this project in good time with professionalism.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in wireframe design for websites.
- Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles.
