Create a website that will allow users to download video

Hi,
I am looking to create a website where users can download online videos.

1. The user will not need to login
2. The user should be able to download any video with a url
3. The user will be able to download from Facebook videos, youtube videos, Instagram
4. There should be a search bar where user can search for any video on YouTube and should be able to download it
