Create a website / platform that connects clients with contractors.
Budget: €750 – €2,500 EUR
Dear Sir/Madam,
We intend to have a website created that serves as a platform to bring clients and construction contractors together. The idea and mechanism of the platform is rather simple, we will try to explain the majority of it through some keypoints.
- Clients that search for a certain keyword (for example: roofing contractor), will land on our homepage for that keyword through Google Adwords (wherein we invest and try to outbid competition on these keywords
- The service is entirely free for the client, they fill in a form with their contact details and provide a description of the work they need to have done.
- Contractors, the other side of this platform, with whom we seek to connect the clients with, can buy credits that are uploaded on their profile (this means they need to be able to have a login and a page with their information including billing, credits, etc (will elaborate) – the contractors see the work details (description of the job) but do not see the contact details (aside from the town where the work is supposed to be done) unless they buy the lead through their credits.
- Once they buy this lead, the contact details as filled in by the client (which is pre-approved by administrator before it gets put online) are shown to the contractor and also appear in a page that sums up all the leads they have bought.
- If there are for example 100 types of work (roofing, gardening, electric work; and their subcategories) the contractor should be able to choose which types of work he is interested in, and whenever a new work is uploaded that they are interested in, they should receive an email (so compatibility with a mailservice) that informs them a new job has been uploaded.
- Max 3 contractors / lead are able to buy the contact details.
