Create a website for a career counselling providing freelancer

I am looking for a skilled website developer to build a website for my career counselling business.

I want to copy text and a few links from this website to my new website. The original one-page website has to be split into a few pages new website. I want to add new pictures in my new website. At the end of the project, I want you to give me admin rights of the website and a small tutorial on how to make small changes like text changes in the website myself.
