Create a website and copy content from an existing website to sell watches online

I am looking for a freelancer to create an e-commerce website for my online watch store. I do not have a website name yet so will require the designer to be able to tell me how to host it and make it a live website once complete, I want to copy the content from an existing website and transfer it to my new site.
