Create a web landing page with form
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I need to create a web landing page with a form with some nice graphical design (could also use a normal template).
The form will have a few dropdown fields related to car make, model, year, and variant.
These will need to be populated and have a dependency, so when the user selects a car make he will get all the relevant models of this make (like many online car search websites, see attached photo for an example).
In addition, a token system will need to be integrated in which the user could pay to buy more credits, each credit allows for more form submissions. Would like to hear about the best plugin for the job and have the integration implemented.
I am looking for the easiest way to perform this, with emphasis on a NO-CODE solution where I could modify things on my own further down the line.
My current choice is Jotform since I could then integrate it with automation into make.com, but I am open to suggestions from experts in the field.
