Create and support a Short Time Rental Webpage using the VikBooking plugin suite

We are a small short time rental business in the south of Greece, called 'Kalamata Top Rooms'
We would like to create a new webpage.
It has to be fast (no waiting sand-clocks for the visitors)
It has to be fast (our PMS will be also running on it, so upload time will also be essential)
It has to be very very good looking.
Your skills must include:
- You must be cabable of creating a exeptional charming design
- You must have the technical knowledge and skills as to handle all tricks and tips to make a site be fast
- You must have experience in using the VikBooking plugin.
- You must provide us with arguments why out of all bits I will get stating that they do have all this skills I should choose you (giving some samples of your work would help).
