Create and refine jobform for our client to allow to track and record engineering jobs and tasks, including recording signatures on mobile devices.

We are in England and have a client here who needs us to create and online job tasks, they currently use printed PDF – see attached and want us to device something that can be completed and submitted to head office online, a form to email.
The client has not done something like this before, so expect some back and forth with change edits but also a probably working relationship with upgrades and CMS or CRM integrations in the future.
We favor JobForm because of the CRM integrations and its relatively easy to work with.
So we are looking for he design and rollout of a JobForm that is based on the PDFs attached, allowing for online signing on mobile devices and confirmation of jobs filled. Some field will be mandatory, others optional, expect some back and forth and clarification from me and from the client on this.
I am seeing the client tomorrow and seek to have indicative costs, will firm up the brief more tomorrow in the meeting.
You will work as part of my team and have an email address to correspond with the client directly and with me, and will be available during some English Office Hours GMT is the timezone, and be able to speak and write good English.
