Create a marketplace (with focus on real estate and financing)

Create a real estate, financing, insurance, and cars marketplace. In the first phase of the website, we will focus on two components: Real Estate and Financing. Then, in later stages, we will build together the other components.
Looking for something like gocompare.com and opensooq.ps and Zillow.com and bankrate.com.
