Create a landingpage for my blog with react and nextjs

I am looking for a freelancer who can create a landing page for my blog using React and NextJS. I have a specific design in mind that I would like to be implemented. In addition, I would like the page to be integrated with email marketing tools. The deadline for the project is within two weeks.
