Create 2 landing page templates for HubSpot (Lead generation)

Hello,
We need to create 2 landing page templates for HubSpot CRM.
The first one is for content promotion and lead acquisition form.
The second page is a “Thank you” page and it can content additional CTAs.
Design should be optimized for the best UX, CRO, available both on a PC and a mobile screen. We do not need a sophisticated design, the main idea is to be simple, user-friendly and lead-generating.
These 2 templates should follow our style guide (provided) and should be adapted to our 8 brands (logo, colours).
Experience with Hubspot Design Tool, HUBL, HTML is a must.
Preferable experience with CSS, JS (vanilla and/or jQuery), Bootstrap or similar.
