Create landing page for a website in html using tailwind

I'm looking for someone who can create me an attractive landing page in the logsitics branch.
We have the content. we just need the design and of course the images.
the header should show something about it is a saas solutions and usable by laptop / tablet and with a mobile application.
i need the design for one page. if you are using javascript function then they should be applicable for angular as typescript code.
i need to see you previous work. any bid without a previous work will NOT be considered.
