Create a home page design -- 2

I am looking for a skilled designer to create a home page design for my multistore e-commerce website. The design should be bright and bold, with a focus on showcasing the store by store type. I would like to include store showcases on the homepage to draw the user's attention. Additionally, I would like to include call-to-action buttons to encourage users to make a purchase. Ideal skills for this job include web design, graphic design, and e-commerce experience.

Must be available to start today on Central Standard Time. Must work Central Standard Time hours. I have examples of designs I like including the large font that must be used. Must speak fluent English.
