Create and deploy FLutter PWA App

I am looking for a developer to create and deploy a Flutter PWA app for the purpose of providing news and information.
Specific features that I have in mind for the app include:
- User authentication and registration
- Key features: Copy to clipboard and paste into a field on screen
- Save search terms and resulting data and search saved data
- Search functionality to easily find and match data
- Bookmarking and saving data for later
I have a tight timeframe for this project and expect it to be completed in less than a month.
Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Proficiency in Flutter and Dart (5 years in flutter)
- Experience in developing Progressive Web Apps (3 years)
