Create custom creative template for website

Hello,

I'm looking for someone creative to develop a template for my website. We have some examples which we like but we don't want to copy the same.
We need something unique and creative designs.

We need the following pages :

1. Home Page
2. Login and Signup
3. Listing Page
4. View Ad Page
5. Profile Page.

We need creative developer, and we want to use best fonts also.
