Create a Wix website with online store

I need a wix website that can be used for e-commerce. We wish to sell an online service in which the deliverable is a PDF form. We would like the site to allow the customer to enter the necessary information and files. Once this information the deliverable (PDF) will be generated and sent to them. There will be the need to provide a reoccuring annual fee or implement a subscription model. We will only have 4-5 service that we will be offering.
