Create a Website from an Adobe XD Design

We are looking for an experienced web developer who can work together with our UI/UX designer in order to build a website for our company.
Our UI/UX designer will provide the design and templates in Adobe XD which the developer has to build a website from. The developer will work hand in hand with the designer.
Experience in setting up a staging and production web server in GCP including server optimizations is a plus.
