Create a Website Prototype for a new Crowdfunding Platform || FUTURE PROJECTS

I want to test an idea for a new crowdfunding platform. Your job will be to create a prototype website which has the basic functionality I need to test the value proposition of this project.
If successful the project should help fans giving feedback and incentives for creators to create new interesting niche content for them.
You start from scratch. I will give you details and wireframes what I want to have and how it should work. The functionality is much less sophisticated than Kickstarter, e.g. you don't need to create search or filter capabilities. I need the three user groups 1) Creators (who post projects) 2) Fans (who can give money and write comments) and 3) Admins to fix issues. Since this is a prototype the design doesn't have to be sophisticated but good enough. So I need a fullstack developer. I guess a manual development with JS and HTML/CSS is necessary, but if you think it would be possible through WordPress you could try to convince me otherwise.
Special functionalities which I want to have:
- A button through which creators can copy the HTML iframe address of a page to include their crowdfunding projects on their own website
- An option for fans to suggest new projects to creators
- Integration of payment system which makes sense for crowdfunding demands
I am a German serial entrepreneur and have many open ideas for future projects. If you make a good job I'll hire you again for other things or further development of the same project.
