Create a Website

I am an English teacher. I need a website where I can test my students on different subjects.
The website should have:
- A multi-level user interface (student, teacher)
- Permissions assigned to each user interface
- teachers can add questions into the "questions bank"
- students can choose different subjects and be tested with short quizzes.

I have no problem if you create the website using CMSs like moodle or WordPress, which can reduce the work to a couple of hours.
