Create Webpage + iOS and Android Mobile Apps

Hello, we are looking for skilled developer for cooperation on our project - personalized event management app. Project includes these key development areas:
1. Simple landing webpage with key information about the company, product, pricing and Log In / Sign up section.
2. Administration panel (needs to be part of web version but also in both applications)
3. iOS and Android App

List of the features with functional description can be found attached. It should include all main features we need, however feel free to add whatever we may forget.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Skilled developer who can take responsibility and deliver on time;
- Development needs to be scalable for future enhancements and changes, therefore we would prefer somoene who is looking for long term cooperation;
- Need developer that will assist in placing app in Google and Apple Store;
- need developer who will suggest webhosting / server requirements;
- Wireframe design creation;
- After development bug free assurance;

TIMELINE:
- expected timeline is within 3 months (by mid / end of September);
