Create Skeleton portal for a working UI prototype

We have a design dashboard interface. We want to create a working demo of that dashboard design with a back-end method to upload dummy data. The Dashboard navigation logic needs to work. For eg: clicking on an expand option should show some dummy data which we uploaded in the back-end.
