Create 3 Pages on a Javascript Website

Hello All,
Would need an javascript developer who can design 3 simple static pages on a live website.
Page 1: Login Page
Page 2: Sign Up Page
Page 3: Dashboard Page where after a successfull login, they can see their referal code to invite others, with a logout button on top right.
These 3 pages are static and simple one's
A website is already up and would need someone to use the backend and create the elements required.
Would not be able to share the Ui of the design created publicly, but we can connect and discuss over this.
