Corporate Website Design

I'm seeking an experienced web designer to create a corporate website for my company. The site will showcase company details and images, and should be professional and user-friendly.

1)Please see the reference page here : https://dev.thehahagroup.com/ this was done halfway and i do not like the design , i want a BOUTIQUE feel , elegant and classy with a sense of luxury touch.

2)The colour theme i want it Tiffany Blue & Hermes Orange

3)The contents can be taken from the reference site above

4)I only require the website with One page and scroll down. Meaning if i click on any Menu , it will scroll down to the section instead of loading a new page.

5) The site will include the following pages:

- Haha & Co. Corporate
- Contact Us
