Corporate Online Report Design Refinement -- 2
Budget: $600 – $900 CAD
I'm seeking a web designer (not developer) to refine our career counselling assessment reports, enhancing their presentation and optimizing for a corporate style. The reports should prioritize text and readability, with a neutral color palette.
Key Requirements:
- Extensive experience in designing corporate/professional reports
- Proficient in HTML and CSS for web application compatibility; familiar with Javascript
- Able to enhance text readability and overall presentation
- Must be based in North America and fluent in English
- Able to create non-copyrighted graphics to enhance the report
- Professional with timely deliverables and reliable schedule

Scope
To re-design and revise existing reports.
In scope are two web reports;
20-21 page Leadership online report
12 page Screening online report
There is a need for new and original graphical elements in the Leadership and Screening online reports.
The HTML files and supporting CSS file(s) must be commented and have to be able to used in a dynamic Razor .NET Web Page; i.e. while static content will be used to create the design, it must be transferrable into code that can be generated.
In addition, these web reports have to be print-friendly. Most of our clients print these to review/discuss internally. So the CSS/layout must consider this.
Delivery Process
This will be an iterative process for each report we expect:
Two mock-ups to determine overall style/layout
We will select one mock-up
One revision for color scheme for the selected mock-up
One revision for layout for the selected mock-up
One final update for layout for each report (this may not be necessary)
The designer will deliver the required files/content in HTML and CSS
Online Reports
The designer will provide HTML and CSS files that can be used in a .NET Razor Page web application.
Engagement
Upon selection, the successful candidate will be provided actual reports to better ascertain the deliverables. This will be done under a non-disclosure agreement.
The candidate may need to be available remotely to have in-person sessions for the two revisions for each of the reports (we expect a single session to discuss all four reports to be more efficient for both parties).
There is no tolerance for proxies, non-creative ChatGPT mimics or individuals who outsource their work to sub-contractors. We expect to work with individuals who can make creative decisions quickly and effectively.
