Copy our own website with AI (Video Proposal Required)

We want to copy our own website, but use AI to rewrite everything and make all the content unique.
We have a strong ranking website, (see files attached). We want to use it to make another website exactly like it, but using content that google & search engines sees as unique. You can totally change the design and style, as long as the structure and information remains roughly the same. The website should look nothing like our other one, but be a copy of the content...re-written with smart AI models.
We have unused photos to use so we do not have any overlapping photo content. There will be NO LINKS to my other site, and this should stand on it's own as independent.
Our page was translated into over 20 languages MANUALLY (not AI), but you must be able to use AI (DEEPL or GOOGLE TRANSLATE) to block translate all of our text on all of the multi-language pages. We use WPML to manage this, but you should obviously use scripts and WPML to manage the navigation.
You must:
1. Submit a video proposal
2. Work with Wordpress
3. Work with Elementor. (at least the interface is available when you finish for our staff to use)
4. Be able to translate mass amounts of pages using WPML.
5. Have good artists on staff to re-draw some artistic elements.
6. Understand SEO and make sure all pages (including translation) have applicable alt-text & meta data
Most important, we are only reading video proposals. Due to the amount of spam bids on this platform, it is becoming to hard to identify quality freelancers. We are only viewing video proposals. All others will be disregarded.
