Hello freelancers. I have a neat, clean and straightforward website build project up for bid.
I will provide you with my login for the Hostgator account where the site will be installed. I already have the nameservers set on Godaddy. I have a dedicated IP waiting at Hostgator for this site.
I need a WordPress install on my Hostgator account, and the theme you will be working with is Newspaper X – one of the best-selling WordPress themes in history (the #1 selling blog, magazine, and news template of all time). Some might consider this a perk of this gig, a copy of the Newspaper X template, it is extremely versatile with dozens of premade site styles built in.

The website is for a tick repellent (ticks are a dangerous disease carrying threat and emerging threat worldwide).
While the site does have a lot of pages, I have spent an incredible amount of time making the entire set of files I will send to you incredibly neat and well packaged. 40 pages in total, all meticulously organized. Most pages have one photo to upload, a little more than half the pages also have a YouTube video that needs to go on there (I will provide the links).
Since everything is so well put together and ready to go, and its just copy and paste on your end, I am looking to pay something in the $250 to $300 range.
There will be a little bit of setup getting the homepage and inner pages set, not much though. Its just the homepage and then every other page is the exact same format (other than contact us page and privacy policy page). There are no major changes to the Gossip demo as you see it, its just keep this section, lose that section, stuff like that.
For the sidebar I need a YouTube channel videos widget, one for reviews, and one that shows a single quote. There is probably something in the template for the quote and reviews, if not grab one or recommend a inexpensive paid one and I will buy it.
All the site pages (that I will provide as word documents) have the SEO right at the bottom, you will need to install an SEO function to put in description tags and keywords, it is already to go on my end, cut and paste.
The entire site (or most of it) could be knocked out in a few hours, and that is kind of what I am looking for. A designer that can make themselves available on a day we agree upon, sometime between 10am and 7pm Eastern time, for a few hours, and we can chat and just get the thing done, real time. Even if we cannot get everything done in 3 hours, there will not be much left to do.
I am familiar with working within a site setup with WordPress. I may need a little bit of instructional help before the gig is complete, just to ensure I can duplicate a page just like the ones you have setup. How to add a photo, where to put this tag or that one, that type of stuff.
Please note ticks kill thousands of human beings each year and annual cases of Lyme disease are now topping 600,000 cases per year (including unreported cases). This is a rare opportunity to be a part of the site build for a life saving product.
Since I have a precise SEO scheme planned, I ask that you do not share links to the site or post it on your resume until 120 days after it is complete. You are welcome to do so after that, and with the Gossip theme it is going to be a sharp looking site with a unique product line, a handsome compliment to your portfolio.
