Convert the existing old website to latest WordPress, add new pages, Implement SEO, Blog and Social Media Interaction.

This is a repost after several considerations. We have an existing website that we would like to have redone in the latest WordPress environment with proper SEO implanted for the key words and ability to come up on the first search page in the local market. We need to have the On-page and the Off-page SEO for our site and services. We want the business customer traffic improved through Google, Yelp, Facebook and other search engines available for local market. We also want to have a stronger and more consistent social media interaction with our customers. We have online check in process that also needs some updates.
Along with the website refresh, we want to add three new pages.
Two of the pages are for the new services and the third page is for the BLOGs.
Most of the contents and looks will stay same. On some of the existing pages we do need to make some updates for the check-in process, text and pictures .
The business is a computer and mobile phone repair with added IT and Network deployment service for small business and home users.
If you are bidding on this project then you must have a strong WordPress and SEOs skill set. You must be able to guide us and design a decent Social Media interface or process to handle social interaction with customers via popular social media sites. We are interested in linking our customers back to our site from the social media apps such as Instagram, Facebook, Tweeter, LinkedIn etc. This interaction will be limited to posting artifacts from the new Blog page to the social media sites and SEOs from these sites to our Blogs topics. The website is only informational with the expectation of customer check in process and the customer login link.
