Convert my PSD to be used for freshservice.com support portal

I need someone to convert a PSD design to be used for freshservice.com support portal. All available resources will be provided, however all web assets will be based solely off the provided PSD design. The design must include a mobile-friendly layout and should be able to provide a consistent user experience across all devices. The finished product must be compatible with freshservice.com.
