Convert an OpenCart website (that was never completed by the designer, and doesn’t need to be completed yet) from PHP 5.6 to PHP 7.4 – 8.0

I have a very simple OpenCart website that the web designer never finished; he just vanished one days. I do not need it completed or finished at this time (though I will need it completed and corrected in about a year; if you’re good at taking directions and executing them exactly as I want and can finish this small job I will keep your contact info). Right now I just need it converted from PHP 5.6 to any PHP 7.4 or higher (up to 8.0). Otherwise my hosting company, SiteGround, will no longer support it after November 2021, and my site won’t show up (www.bellatoneaudio.com). This should be simple for any web designer. I can’t imagine it taking more than 45 – 60 minutes.
I am a professional graphic designer myself, of over 27 years (and I bid on jobs here on Freelancer), however I do not build websites or know how to code them (except for simple landing pages such as one of my projects which i never finished: www.eaudiostore.com.
I am uploading a screenshot of the homepage of the site you will be converting, which contains my logo design and images of some of the extreme fidelity audio cables and power cords I’ve built.
I am very low on funds right now and I think anyone who knows OpenCart can easily upgrade my site to the new PHP standards 7.4 – 8.0, that my hosting company is forcing me to upgrade to by mid-November.
