Convert HTML Website to Shopify or WordPress Website

I hired an excellent graphic designer to create our Coffee Shop website. He did a great job, but the pages are not 100% ready. I need someone who knows how to build websites (technical expertise), to take his HTML pages and create a website using either WordPress of Shopify (I don't know which I need for sure - whichever is required to have an online shop store for online sales using Shopify).
