Convert FIGMA into HTML

I need some one to convert one page of FIGMA into HTML.
It has one web and another mobile view.
Please see following points which has to be followed-
1. All the images and colours used in this site, will be dynamic (Images and colours will come from APIs). So make sure it will be easy to integrate the APIs after design done.
2. HTML Design with proper animations.
3. HTML must be validated with W3C
4. Pages must be SEO & SMO friendly. All pages must be validated with different SEO tools like Google Page Insight.
5. Please make sure to follow the Google Structure Data design for products and others https://developers.google.com/search/docs/appearance/structured-data/product .
