Convert Access Database to Web -- 2

Currently have a Access Database and need to convert it to being a Web based database. I have already been able to split the database into front end and back end (data and front end) but now need to convert the forms and query's (front end) to be web facing. Will be hosting on a Synology NAS at customers site. Database has approx 10,000 records +/-. Timeline is short 1 week to completion.
