I want to build a new website to promote my company online as a consulting firm to support energy firms in acquisitions and divestment (A&D). The desired page will be simple but yet interactive to host the profile of our people and the various services we provide. It will also permit us to showcase all the transactions in our portfolio with enough details to tease the visitors and indicate deadline for submitting EOI (Expression of Interest), also with e-forma hat could be signed by the visitors before they can be allowed to engage us formerly such as CA (confidential Agreements) templates. his mans that our teams will have a back-end panel that allows us to upload these teasers. The website will also have the ability to allow visitors to play video clips and access our linkable dataroom by integrating with our google drive or dropbox platform after executing a CA and being granted an access code.. The portal should also allow visitors who are interested in a particular project to indicate interest and go through an online scoring questionnaire that allows us to know how credible they are. In addition, the visitors can input what they are looking for if it is not available and the portal with showcase that online after approval in the backend.

Now, as a heads-up on where the project is, we have already registered and domain name on rgeister.com and acquired basic Wordpress for this project. We have a written down guidelines or business case but the content is being developed and will be completed with the developer. This project must be completed within a week from start and another week to review and populate the content. Would prefer that the developer is located within the Calgary area, Alberta but not a showstopper.
