I'm looking for an experienced web developer to create a comprehensive construction project collaboration tool. This tool will be a 50-page web application, compatible across all browsers and devices, with a corresponding mobile application for both Apple and Android.
Key functionalities should include:
- Task Management: A system for tracking project progress and individual responsibilities.
- Document Sharing: Secure and efficient file sharing capabilities.
- Real-Time Chat: Instant communication facilities for all users.
- Time Tracking: Monitor the time spent on tasks and projects.
- Project Templates: Pre-designed templates for common project types to streamline setup.
- Budget Management: Track project costs, create budgets, and manage financials.
- Resource Allocation: Assign and manage resources effectively across multiple projects.
- Notifications: Real-time alerts and updates on project milestones, tasks, and messages.
- Version Control: Maintain version history of documents and revert to previous versions if needed.
- User Activity Logs: Track all user actions and changes for accountability and transparency.
