Connect links on an angular landing page to a signup flow, and adjust some of the wizard behaviors

I am looking for someone with experience in Angular and Figma who can take buttons on a landing page and make them pass information to a signup workflow that will allow the user to skip picking a package.

Some minor tweaks to the flow behavior will be helpful as well.
