Comprehensive TCG Marketplace Development

I'm looking to create a TCG marketplace (P2P) in Singapore then SEA, then global; akin to cardmarket.com, TCGplayer, cardrush.jp and yuyu-two.jp.
I need it to be extremely comprehensive to the point that the full database is available.

This platform's primary function will be facilitating the buying and selling of trading cards, booster boxes, card products and accessories, complete with live price charts.

Interested bidders please take note that this is a serious tender and your response to the tender will be taken extremely seriously. We will be selecting from the top 5 bidders after clarifications and select a from it. NOTE that we are looking for a long term partner as well.

Would expect a detailed SPECIFIC overview on how the site will be made, especially whether it is through custom made scripts or a pre-existing one. And if there is any way that this can be more enhanced would be welcome as well.
Generic or AI answers will be rejected immediately, please don’t waste our time and we won’t waste yours. We are looking for comprehensive answers from people who are understanding the model that we are trying to create and build.

If there is experience in said such website/script please put it inside the bid as well so we can view it.
This is not only a single time participation bid we are looking for cooperation in the long run as well.
