f- all information of current civil defense approval beside expire date by days
g- all attachments like contract , documents , latter's , memos ,
h- running jobs regards to the branch with status
i - when customers open new job , it go to admin for acceptance and issue bill then customer do payment before or after the job curried out according to admin choice

the employee can do the following process
