Comprehensive News Website Redesign and Mobile App (Andoid & IOS) Development

I'm looking for a redesign of our existing website to make it more responsive, SEO Optimized and mobile friendly. This project includes a redesign of all pages to improve the interface, speed up site response, especially on mobile devices, and refine the overall user experience. Additionally, I need mobile applications for both Android and iOS developed based on this redesigned website.
Key Requirements:

- Modern visual style to make website more up to date and pleasant to read and use.
- Improvement of key functionalities for mobile devices: loading speed, user navigation, interactive features, and overall website responsiveness and readability.

The website is already online, but needs a Redesign and Refining of the interface, but keeping most of the current features with the goal of speeding up site response on both PC and especially Mobile devices. You will Create Mobile Android and Ios Apps for the website site. Redesign of the whole website is meant to give it a clear SEO friendly logical root structure, while being design friendly.
Mobile Android and Ios Apps for the site will have a higher Focus on Video. The main interface shall have several links as provided in an image we will send you and users will be able to post videos, articles in a Tiktok or Instagram manner etc. according to the websites user generated model with integration of the sites current functions (like, dislikes), comments, and forwarding etc. So borrow a lot from Tiktok and Instagram models.
Add a Follow and Unfollow buttons showing the number of users a member follows and the number of users they follow. The current users will have a new add follower button. The same button will have an unfollow functionality. This functionality will be integrated into the website and Apps and offer Realtime data, or user engagement.
You will also integrate a Press Release functionality, and an Advertisement creation functionality into the site with an Admin Panel integrated into the websites current one, which is almost similar to the current site article posting module with just a few changes, to include the new changes required for the Press Release Module, and a media hub creation functionality that an Admin can use to add content for Corporate companies that want to post content or advertise on the website. These Press Releases will be mostly posted to the Website as news Posts, and also forwarded to other partners and subscribers.
Audit and position Advertisements correctly (Google Ad Manager Ads) in all the available spots on the site. Some pages are missing Ads. Add a views counter on each article or post, and a number of comments counter. Integrate a blogging plugin into the site code, so as to Rank the site, and all articles better in Google using current SEO methods.
Change the Text Editor all over the site to a better editor that’s social media friendly and that can be used to add or embed social media posts, documents, and links, plus one that’s suitable for link building and sharing.
Also integrate a link sharing plugin so as to be able to recommend, add, edit, or remove links to the site. Resolve the current Google Search Console issues that have been flagged to help better rank the site in Google search (Will provide access to the Google search console page to see the errors) .
Fix Google page indexing issues on the site to ensure all pages are properly indexed. We will also add a better modern text editor with better functionality like embedding social media posts and videos in between text in articles, and link adding and link sharing functionality.
Also add a language Translation functionality at the top right corner of interface for clients to interpret text and a few more items. The Travel and Safaris page will also be improved with some changes to its look .
