Comprehensive Architectural Services Webapp

I'm in need of an interactive webapp that can provide a suite of architectural services. The primary function of this webapp is to facilitate various architectural services, including design consultations, project management, and blueprint drafting as well as full design services
Key Features:
- User Roles: The webapp should support multiple user roles, including architects, clients, project managers, and administrators. Each role will have its own specific access, functionalities, and user interface.
- Service Provision: The webapp should be able to deliver a range of architectural services. This includes, but is not limited to, facilitating design consultations, managing projects, and drafting blueprints.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in web development and design with a focus on user-friendly interfaces.
- Experience in creating platforms for service provision.
- Knowledge in architecture or working experience with architects would be a plus.
- Skills in implementing secure and efficient multi-user role systems.
Client experience:
Purchase a package and post their project brief; Access the webapp to buy an architectural service; post pictures, comments, answer some questions... in order for us to get the full brief and be able to begin working on the project
Project manager experience:
Receive the request and process it; assign the project to someone and oversee the progress
Employee or architect experience
Receive the project brief with the comments of the project manager (if any were added) and begin working on the project, depending on the project type, the employee with have a deadline assigned with the ability to access the brief at any given time through the webapp and upload their final submission and communicate with project manager when needed.
Administration experience:
Oversee the whole process, assign roles, create users... Mainly do anything in the userpanel
The userpanel is the mainly the whole thing for this project.
