Complete a website build

I have a website which is build but I need help to manage the inventory and pricing of products. This website is a online jewellery store. I have a different software which manages my stock offline and it can only generate excel file when we need information about the stock. Ill upload a sample file of how the offline software generates details of products.

For pricing i want a plugin which will allow me to regularly update the price of products depending on the daily change of gold price.
