Complete a website

I am looking for a website developer who is comfortable taking on a job. We are currently making a new website for a local chess club. This project is mostly voluntary work for the local community, and therefore that not a big budget project. However, it could perhaps be a start of a new work engagement that could give more future jobs. Moreover, are you interested in learning more about the job?

PS. You are not creating the website from scratch.. we've already started and need someone to complete.
