Complete Shopify Website with existing design on free theme

I have a shopify website that is almost complete but it was built on an unlicensed impulse version. i need to now have this design replicated on a free theme. All products, navigation, pages are done. I am looking for someone to complete this with some additional design work and customization, add necessary plug ins, connect domain, payment gateway, etc. The project also requires you to do on page SEO.
