Competent, Long - Term General Virtual Assistant / Digital Marketing Specialist -- 2

Amazing opportunity to work with a fantastic team of proactive, talented, creative professionals on international projects (Europe, USA, Australia) in the digital marketing and social media field – especially with our clients in the coaching consulting and wellbeing industries.

We are expanding , and are currently looking for a highly talented, experienced, professional and skilled digital marketing virtual assistant (VA) with a positive, proactive, easy going and flexible person who:

- Is available for at least 10 and maybe up to 20 hours per week - on an ongoing basis, month after month
- Have a modern capable laptop/desktop + solid, stable internet connection
- Is highly familiar with using Whatsapp, Zoom, MS Office, Chrome, Acrobat and other usual standard tools that most people work with.
- Familiar with Trello or other task management tools
Have skills in all – or at least most - of the following:
- Social media management (posting, increasing engagement, interest, audience sizes etc) on any or all of these: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter
- Youtube channel management, growth/expansion
- Basic graphics design etc- eg Canva (Photoshop is a bonus), etc
- Capable and experienced with administrative tasks such as: Client calendar/diary management, Scheduling calls, following up with people, researching, taking notes from meetings, updating our Trello board etc.

Optional Desired Skills:
- Website design and development in WordPress
- LinkedIn – engagement, posting, increasing followers, lead generation etc
- Content creation, doing research (on topics, stats etc), content/copywriting of posts, articles, etc.
- Podcasting (eg running, managing or editing and publishing podcasts) + helping podcasts to grow in audience size etc
