Community media sharing website

I need to quickly build a community website where users chan share their photo o vids. Basic user management required (few user attributes twitter account and nickname); main page should appear as a gallery to browse and search among contentes in preview (with title, twitter account and nickname). A detail page with full size content, twitter account, nickname & title and description of the item. Users must be able to autonomously submit their content, adding ttle and description.... Not much more than this, but time is key, cause he website is needed in a very short time, as a couple of days.
