Commercial Site Plan with Water Management

I'm looking for a professional with expertise in site planning and hydrology to create a comprehensive site plan for a commercial development. The site is approximately 1-5 acres in size.

I need a certified site plan with water run off calculations, all property design and utilities. May need to visit on site to survey land for run off calculations. The site will have a 50/100 ft building on it. Rest will be for RV and boat storage. Design must meet all requirements for Brevard County Florida permitting starting with Environmental


Key Requirements:
