E-Commerce Website With Shopping Cart Feature

I'm in dire need of an e-commerce website to sell my products online.
I have attached an image and video of what I need, I want people to be able to customise their sign the way they want, they should be able to change font and colour etc.
As for the platform, unfortunately, I'm not well-versed in this area. Therefore, I would appreciate advice and suggestions from you, the experts. Ideally, I'm looking for someone with extensive experience in building e-commerce websites. Understanding industry standard platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, and Magento is a big plus.
