Code igniters 3 bug fixed/ feature Few logics and few feature and some writing

There are some bugfixes and logic with writing required for an application developed in CODE IGNITER 3.0. I need some one VERY VERY GOOD AND EXPERIENCED to deal with such requirement. Please let me know if you are the one. MUST BE A GOOD LOGICAL THINKER and RESEARCHER with writing This project includes UI and API's so you must be well versed with product before fixing the bugs and you must fast at the writing new freelancer
