Code a create project page

I need to create a “create a project page” similar to freelancer.com, please open freelancer and create a project, and you’ll see is a stepped form that shows each field after the previous is filled. I basically need that with this design:

The HTML is all done. I just need someone to code the interaction. I think this is a simple step.
