### **Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled no-code expert to help us build a fully functional **client portal** for a white-label AI content service, using **Softr** and **Airtable** as core platforms. This portal will be used by advertising agencies to place orders, track project statuses, and manage credits.
### **Scope of Work:**
- Build a branded client portal using **Softr.io**.
- Connect the portal to an **Airtable database** for order management and credit tracking.
- Create dynamic forms for order submissions (incl. file uploads).
- Implement a dashboard for clients to:
- View remaining credits.
- Place new orders (in multiples of 4 videos).
- Track order statuses in real-time.
- Download delivered video files.
- Request revisions with integrated payment link for extra revisions.
- Set up email notifications via Softr or Zapier.
- Automate the transfer of orders to an external project management tool e.g., ClickUp or Trello.
### **Requirements:**
- Proven experience with **Softr.io** and **Airtable** (portfolio required).
- Knowledge of basic automation tools Zapier / Make.com.
- Experience building client portals or no-code CRM solutions.
- Basic understanding of UX/UI best practices.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
### **Nice to Have:**
- Experience with Stripe integrations.
- Experience working with creative agencies or SaaS businesses.
### **Project Timeline:**
- Estimated completion within **3-4 weeks**.
