Cloud flare dns setup Mail and blogging website

I am not a business, I am an individual trying to properly and securely setup my domain I purchased through apple. I want my email to be configured correctly using dmarc, and also if possible integrate something like mutant mail or some service that can give my live updates on mail tracking when needed. I would also like to get a blogging website setup for doing reviews, affiliate links, general DIY blogging. I tried to work on it myself but found I got lost and mis-configured something. Looking for someone who could help but not cost a fortune. I’m a single dad trying to get something going to create some sort of income.
